Private market investments for growth, resilience and returns

The Nordic placement agent for private capital raising

Worthwhile Capital Partners is a specialist placement agent for the Nordic institutional investor market. We represent established private equity, infrastructure, real estate and private debt managers seeking long-term partnerships with the region's largest state pension funds, occupational pension funds and life insurers, in fund commitments as well as direct investments. In a market increasingly served from a distance, we work differently. We adapt a research-led, locally present approach that is grounded in relationships built over three decades. That is a position no one can replicate quickly, and it is the foundation of the trust our clients and investors place in us.

    What We Do

We are an independent placement agent with no affiliation to fund managers or platforms. Our manager and fund selection starts with our investors' needs, not with a product to sell.

    Who We Are

Every mandate is handled by partners with decades of experience in asset allocation, risk management, and portfolio construction on the investor side of the table. This is how we add value to the fund managers we work with.

    Our Performance

Our record is measured in repeat relationships and a business that is growing steadily by 30% p.a. The institutions we work with return mandate after mandate, across three decades of placements in the Nordics and Europe.

    Sustainability

    Our definition on sustainability

Our adaptation of sustainability rests on the definition set out by the Brundtland Commission in 1987: development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. We regard this not as an abstract ideal but as a practical test that capital allocation must pass. Sustainable investing, in our view, is the deliberate direction of capital toward assets, companies, and infrastructure that satisfy this test while delivering returns commensurate with their risk. We do not believe the two objectives are in conflict. The transition to a sustainable economy requires investment on a scale that only institutional capital can provide, and it generates long-dated, tangible opportunities well suited to investors with long-term liabilities. Our work is therefore focused on connecting institutional investors with fund managers whose strategies contribute to this transition, and for whom sustainability is a source of value rather than a constraint upon it.
